Our Role

YouTube2MP3 is a tool that facilitates the conversion of publicly accessible online content. We do not host, store, or distribute any audio or video files on our servers. Our service processes conversion requests in real time, and no files are retained after the download is complete.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
• A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area
• Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate access to our service for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

YouTube2MP3 does not store, cache, or host any content. We act solely as a conversion interface. We are not liable for any content that users choose to convert or download using our tool. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to convert and download any content.
